Before you decide
How much does Cluito cost?
Club plans run from 399 CZK a month (5 venues, 60 active members) to 1,299 CZK with no limits. Coaches do not count towards club plans. The full price list is on the Pricing page.
What does moving from our current system look like?
We set up courts, members and prices with you on one call, roughly 30 minutes. Members are imported from a file.
Do we have to commit long term?
No. You pay monthly and can stop at any time. The first 30 days are not charged.
Can we handle the setup ourselves?
Yes, but you don't have to. We'll guide you through the setup and are on hand whenever you need anything.
Is it a good fit for smaller clubs too?
Yes. The smallest plan covers 5 venues and 60 active members; the largest has no limit. The system will not let you past the limit — you add the next member after moving up a plan.
What can Cluito not do?
It does not handle VAT and cannot issue a credit note. No nightly job generates invoices — you send them. A player books only after signing in; occupancy and prices are visible without an account.
