What happens after 30 days?
We start charging the chosen plan. Cancel before that and you pay nothing. The card goes to Stripe; we never see it. The Free coach plan needs no card at all.
Can we change plan?
Yes, any time in the club settings. No phone call needed.
What if we outgrow the member limit?
The system will not let you past the limit — you add the next active member after moving up a plan. The recommended plan is shown in settings and you switch it yourself.
Does Cluito handle VAT and credit notes?
No. Invoices are issued without VAT and the system cannot issue a credit note. Export the records to Pohoda and settle the rest in your accounting.
Do players pay us or you for bookings?
You. Card and Apple Pay go straight to the club's account. Cluito takes no commission on bookings; the card fee goes to Stripe, as it would at a terminal.
